Clash Royale gets a new season every month, and with it, the game’s meta changes. Each season brings new evolutions and balance changes. Some cards get buffed, while others get nerfed if they are too strong. These changes shape the meta for that season. For example, Evo Witch used to be extremely strong when she was first released, but after a few nerfs, she’s not as popular anymore.

Clash Royale’s November 2025 balance changes are finally here. As usual, some cards got nerfed, others got buffed, and the meta is shifting once again. So a total of nine cards are being balanced in the November 2025 update in Clash Royale. Here’s a quick look at those cards:

Evo Royal Ghost Nerf Details

It’s honestly no shocker that Evo Royal Ghost got hit with a big nerf. The moment it was released last month, players knew it was way too strong. Supercell tends to follow a pattern: release something too powerful, then nerf it once players start overusing it.

The Evo Royal Ghost works like his regular version. But, when he becomes visible, he spawns two Souldiers that hit like crazy. They deal heavy damage when they spawn and keep swinging nonstop. Now, after the nerf: their damage has been reduced by almost half.

Elixir Pump Nerf Details

This one came out of nowhere. The Elixir Pump is getting hit with a nerf too. It’s a six-elixir building that slowly gives you extra elixir over time. It doesn’t fit into many decks, but when it does, it can be very strong—especially if your opponent doesn’t have a big spell like Rocket or Lightning to counter it.

Currently, the Pump generates one elixir every 12 seconds, but starting next season, that time will go up to 13 seconds. It might not sound like a big change, but over a match, it adds up. Because of this, we will probably see even fewer Three Musketeers decks next season. Almost all of them rely on the Elixir Pump to keep up the elixir flow.

Goblin Hut Nerf Details

Goblin Hut has been one of the strongest buildings in Clash Royale, and we’ve been seeing it in a lot of decks lately. To give other buildings a chance, Supercell is nerfing it a bit.

The Goblin Hut spawns Spear Goblins whenever enemy troops come close. Now, the spawn rate is being slowed. Before, it used to spawn a Goblin every 1.9 seconds. After the nerf, it will do so every two seconds.

Rascals Buff Details

Rascals is a five-elixir card that spawns a boy and two girls. The boy fights on the ground like a Knight, while the girls shoot from a distance like Archers. For a long time, the boy was kind of weak, and players would just focus on the girls since they did more damage.

Now, Supercell is giving the boy a small boost. He will be dealing 6% more damage. It used to hit for 204 damage, and now each attack will deal 217.

Phoenix Buff Details

Phoenix has always been one of the more niche cards in Clash Royale. It costs four elixir and targets both air and ground units. What makes it unique is its rebirth mechanic. When it dies, it leaves behind an egg that hatches into a smaller Phoenix. The problem was that the baby Phoenix didn’t deal much damage, and the original Phoenix itself was also pretty weak, so it wasn’t used a lot.

Now, Supercell is giving its baby version a big buff. Both its HP and damage are getting a 25% increase. This should make it more threatening and useful in more decks.

Spirit Empress Buff Details

Spirit Empress is a really unique card since it can be played as both a ground and an air unit. When it first came out, the air version was super strong and appeared in many decks, so of course, it got nerfed quickly. The ground version, on the other hand, has always been kind of weak.

Now, Supercell is giving it a small buff. Its HP is going up by 10%, from 1134 to 1244. However, I still believe that most players would probably prefer Knight or Berserker for ground defense.

Evo Goblin Drill Buff Details

Goblin Drill has always been a good win condition, especially in fast cycle decks. However, its evolution hasn’t been very impressive so far.

The Evo Goblin Drill spawns Goblins, submerges, and pops up near the tower as it takes damage. This sounds scary, but it didn’t do much before. Now, with the buff, the first submerge will spawn two Goblins instead of one.

Golden Knight Buff Details

This is not really a traditional buff, but more of a fix. Golden Knight used to have a weird bug where he’d chase a unit forever if it walked away. For example, against Ice Golem, he would start his dash, but if the unit left the dash range, he would just keep chasing it endlessly. Now, Clash Royale is fixing this by reducing his dash delay from 200ms to 50ms.

Little Prince Buff Details

Lastly, the Little Prince is also getting a damage buff. His guardian, which Clash Royale fans can summon by spending three extra elixir, used to have 202 HP. Now, its HP is going up by 7%, which will bring it to 217. Of course, if you don’t summon the guardian, this buff won’t matter.
