The Flashpoint update in ARC Raiders brings two new weapons, a new map condition, and a few quests. The Outstanding Balance quest, which players can pick up from Tien Wen, tasks them with searching for Dodger’s stash as well as the deal spot. Both of these objectives must be completed in one round and are located in different areas with minimal instructions on where to find them. Outstanding Balance Quest in ARC Raiders
As this quest requires you to bring back an item to Tien Wen at the end, it is best not to bring a free loadout with you because there is a chance you can get knocked out by ARC or hostile raiders, forcing you to redo the entire quest. A Looting MK.1 is more than enough, so you can bring a light loadout and start a match on Blue Gate.
After loading in, make your way to the Outer Gate located in the middle of the map. As you pass through the checkpoint and head through the large gates, you will come to the Traffic Tunnel, where your objective lies, but you will need to run a bit to reach it. Your objective is located in the extreme north of this area, toward the western end. Here, you can interact with one of the caches to complete the objective.
Be careful of Fireballs, Pops, and especially a possible Bastion roaming around the Traffic Tunnel, as these can cut your visit to the Topside short.
Your next objective is to search for Dodger’s deal spot near Pilgrim’s Peak. Head there and make your way to the zipline that takes you to the roof. You can do this either by going above the main building from the outside and locating the Communication Tower, or by going through the main building and opening a door near the locked key room for the Communication Tower.
As you go up the zipline, jump before reaching the roof to land on a floor with red generator-like boxes. In the middle of the two is a yellow bag that you can loot to find Dodger’s Note. Place this item in your Safe Pocket, then make your way to the nearest extract and return to Esperanza.
Turn in the quest to Tien Wen to get the following reward:

A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
