How to Expand Inventory in Solarpunk (All Backpack Locations)

In Solarpunk, the Backpack is a permanent upgrade that expands the player’s inventory space by an additional bar, which amounts to seven extra slots. After picking up the Backpack, players can find and use Backpack Extensions, which are upgrades for the Backpack, expanding the inventory by another bar (seven slots) per expansion.

Finding the Backpack and obtaining all the Backpack Upgrades will allow players to essentially double their personal storage space, making it a massively impactful quality-of-life upgrade that’s worth getting as soon as possible.

How to Lure Chicken and Get Eggs in Solarpunk

In Solarpunk, chickens are farm animals that can be caught in the game world and brought back to base to lay eggs. Here’s how this works.

Due to a game-breaking bug at launch, the Backpack was disabled in the 1.0 version of Solarpunk. However, that bug has now been fixed, and the Backpack and its upgrades are now available for players to pick up in their intended locations. If you’re still experiencing this bug, it’s likely because you haven’t updated the game to its latest version.

How to Get the Backpack in Solarpunk

Backpack Location

The Backpack can be found on the island northwest of the starting island, at the very edge of the travel circle when the Airship is upgraded to level 3 (shown in the screenshot above). Once you land on this island, look for a large cave formation in the shape of an arc. The Backpack will be found by the side of the rock wall underneath the arch, right next to the two carrots.

Once you pick up the Backpack, an extra row of inventory storage will be added to your personal inventory instantly. This is a permanent upgrade item, which means once you pick it up, it’s applied forever.

When interacting with chests, the additional personal storage provided by the Backpack will be hidden from view by default. You can switch to the Backpack inventory by clicking on “Show Backpack” at the bottom of the inventory. Click on “Show Inventory” to switch back.

How to Get Backpack Upgrades in Solarpunk

Backpack Upgrade #1

  • Requirement: Airship Level 4

The first Backpack Upgrade can be found on the island southeast of the starting island, located at the edge of the travel circle when the Airship is at level 4. Like the Backpack itself, this upgrade is found underneath another arch-like rock formation, nestled by the side of the rock wall.

Once you land on the island, head north along the island’s length, and you’ll come across this arch quite easily. Locate the Backpack Upgrade underneath the arch and interact with it to instantly apply it to your character. This will add another extra row of inventory to your expanded personal storage.

The Backpack Upgrades will only function if you have the Backpack already. If you don’t, they won’t add anything extra to your inventory space.

Backpack Upgrade #2

  • Requirement: Airship Level 5

The second Backpack Upgrade can be found on the ice island that’s right at the western edge of the map, only accessible when the Airship is upgraded to level 5, the maximum level. When you arrive at the island, don’t land on its surface. Instead, look towards the bottom of the floating island and you’ll see a small area with a single tree you can land your Airship on.

Drop down here, and you’ll find the Backpack Upgrade right next to the tree. Pick it up to expand your inventory space once more.

PakarPBN

A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.

In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.

The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
